Role Overview:
This role will see you work closely with three senior executives, with scope to support a broader team of 11 investment professionals as Team Assistant. You must be comfortable juggling conflicting priorities and remaining nimble to the needs of your executives and the office in real-time, whilst also being based front-of-house, and therefore engaging with clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 - 5 years experience as a Team or Administrative Assistant/Receptionist with exposure to managing multiple calendars and priorities and working in a client-facing role. You must demonstrate a high level of initiative and drive, and enjoy working as part of a team to deliver business results and maintain a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Diary and calendar management for 3 senior executives including scheduling meetings.
- Travel coordination including itineraries and travel packs.
- Expense management for the team.
- Overseeing front-of-house duties including meeting/greeting guests, and answering the phone.
- Maintaining office supplies, and replenishing stock, stationary and kitchen supplies.
- General document management, including printing, filing, and binding, and maintaining electronic records.
- Liaising with external stakeholders and assisting with ad hoc projects when required.
- Any other administrative task to support the efficiency of the team and the smooth running of the office.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 - 5 years experience as a Team or Administrative Assistant within an alternative investment firm, or fast-paced, corporate setting.
- Calm, measured in disposition, and able to manage changing priorities without stress.
- Able to identify and assess issues, and provide solutions with sound judgement and confidence.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, and able to manage senior stakeholders and gatekeep when needed.
- Able to work in an office 5 days per week.
