In this dynamic role, you'll provide exceptional support to a high-achieving Partner and their team within a leading London private equity firm. You'll have the opportunity to hone your skills, collaborate with industry leaders, and make a real impact on a daily basis.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Meticulous Time Management: As far as you're concerned, on time is late. You turn up to work 15 minutes early, you always plan to account for delays. No scraping in just on time in this office. 
  • Diary Ninja: You ensure calendars are meticulously maintained, with all necessary details readily available. You are obsessive about making sure all info is available to whoever needs it, whenever they need it. 
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipating the needs of the Partner and team, proactively identifying solutions, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Travel Management Expertise: Seamlessly coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Client and Relationship Management: Effectively manage client interactions and facilitate high-profile meetings. You know that the client is always the number one priority.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintaining the utmost confidentiality throughout all communications and interactions.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Functioning as a core member of the team, fostering positive relationships, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  • Administrative Excellence: Providing comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, expense management, and meeting logistics.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant within a private equity or alternative investment firm.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and polished demeanour.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management tools.
