As Associate Director, with the secretarial division of ISE Partners, Jen recruits permanent hires, and is instrumental within temporary recruitment at ISE Partners. As a former assistant across investment sector settings, Jen’s knowledge of the industry in order to help PAs find the perfect next role has been crucial to her success for both her clients and candidates alike.

With a PGCE from the University of Aberdeen, Jen spent six years teaching with a special needs focus.  Deciding that it was time for a change, Jen relocated to London to take up a role within Barclays, as EA to the Managing Director of the European Equity Syndicate, which included support of the Corporate Access team.  Following this, she was on the institutional side of Capital International as a Marketing Assistant, before joining ISE Partners.  Jen has a General Arts Degree from the University of Edinburgh.
