Susannah is co-founder and Director of ISE Partners. She began her career recruiting support staff into Investment Banking and Financial Services firms in the City, before co-founding ISE Partners in 2007. She specialises in the recruitment of Senior Assistants into Investment Sector businesses as well as a niche in finding discreet Private Assistants for HNWI’s.

She is passionate about the relationships she builds with her candidates and clients, and ensuring the recruitment process is a positive and constructive one for all those who work with ISE. Susannah has a BA Hons in Modern Chinese Studies from the University of Leeds.
