To win in the Best Candidate Care category, we had to give specific examples of outstanding applicant care and how this has benefited our business and our candidates.
Included in our award-winning entry were details of our tailored career advice at interview stage and our proactive approach to attracting talent.
Once a candidate is onboard, we have a two-week and two-month catch up with our recruiter to share our progress so far. This caring nature is why 34% of the company’s new client business came via referral last year, with more than 50% of this business coming via candidate recommendation.
The Recruiter Awards judges were impressed with our genuine and transparent service as well as our deep knowledge of our clients and candidates.
