Rebecca Parker-Binks, Executive Consultant

What inspired you to pursue your career?

I’ve always been drawn to consultative sales and finding the perfect match between client and candidate. With a background at Chanel, I realised my strength in providing tailored solutions that improve people’s lives. Recruitment, particularly in Front-of-House roles, allows me to combine my love for relationship-building, performance-driven results, and ethical business practices.

What do you do at ISE, and what does your day-to-day look like?

As a Reception Specialist at ISE, I help firms find top-tier receptionists who act as true ambassadors of their brands. With over a decade of experience, I offer expert advice to both candidates and clients. My day starts early—coffee in hand—screening hundreds of overnight applications, carefully selecting candidates to ensure the right fit for each client. I conduct in-depth interviews, assessing skills, personality, and cultural alignment. I also craft detailed candidate profiles, provide coaching on CVs and interview techniques, and liaise with clients to refine their hiring strategies. Fridays are typically spent negotiating job offers and finalising placements. Beyond recruitment, I stay engaged with both placed candidates and clients, ensuring smooth transitions and offering guidance on succession planning or interim solutions. Receptionist recruitment is a fast-paced, dynamic field, and I thrive in helping businesses secure the best Front-of-House talent.

What is your favourite thing about working for ISE?

I love visiting clients on-site to immerse myself in their company culture and truly understand their receptionist recruitment needs. These face-to-face meetings help build strong relationships, allowing us to take a consultative approach in matching the right receptionist candidates with each firm’s values and client experience. I also take pride in ISE’s ethical approach, deep industry expertise, and our collaborative team spirit.

What inspired you to pursue your career?

I originally joined ISE Partners in 2022 in an Office Management role, drawn to the variety and hands-on involvement across different aspects of the business. One day, I’d be scouting venues, and the next, I’d be facilitating an office move—each day was different, which suited my dynamic working style. I love being busy, tackling varied tasks, and building strong relationships within the team. When the opportunity arose to transition into a Marketing and Events role in 2025, I was excited to embrace the challenge. Since then, I’ve discovered a real passion for shaping our brand presence and orchestrating meaningful events that connect people.

What do you do at ISE, and what does your day-to-day look like?

My role is all about amplifying ISE Partners’ presence, both online and through live experiences. I manage our digital marketing, from optimising the website for SEO to creating engaging social media content and running cross-platform campaigns. I also oversee a packed calendar of internal and external events, including roundtables, networking sessions, and key initiatives like our International Women’s Day gatherings. Beyond events, I ensure our marketing materials—from the annual ISE Partners Market Report to branded merchandise—effectively communicate our brand and engage our audience. Every day is different, which is what I love most!

What is your favourite thing about working at ISE?

The culture at ISE is truly special. There’s always room to grow, and I’ve been supported every step of the way in shaping my role around my interests. Susannah and Eva have encouraged my passion for marketing and events, providing opportunities for training and hands-on experience. Beyond the work itself, the team is fantastic—collaborative, supportive, and always ready to share knowledge and help each other succeed.
