My journey with ISE Partners began when I was on the other side of the table - as a candidate. Fresh from the US, where I had been running my own events company, I was on the hunt for my next adventure back in London. Little did I know, that adventure was waiting for me at ISE!
After a few discussions with various team members, I found myself swapping roles - from candidate to Consultant. Now, I get to work with some of the biggest names in the business - leading PE Funds, innovative tech startups, and inspiring UHNW individuals.
