Louisa is a Senior Consultant within the team and has a particular focus on candidate engagement.

In addition to her recruiting role, she is developing a candidate-focused hub, aiming to enhance ISE's ability to engage with our candidates on a more personal level. This initiative seeks to offer support and resources to those we work with beyond the recruitment stage - enabling us to provide long-term guidance and build long-term relationships.
