Overview


Our client, a Global Investment Management firm, with offices across the world, is looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant with experience gained in the Investment sector to support the Head of a growing Investment Division, MD and team. This is hybrid working opportunity with 4 days in office.
 
This is a demanding and fast paced role, with classic organisational duties, managing diaries and scheduling meetings over time zones, arranging international travel itineraries, extensive liaison across the firms global offices and wider stakeholder management/liaison. Supporting at MD level, you must be accustomed to a high demand workload.
 
This role presents a rare opportunity for a bright and proactive individual who thrives in team focused culture, working alongside 3 other Assistants in the team. There is a wider EA network across the business, both in London and in their global offices. This desire to work with other assistants, developing a great team culture both together and with your wider team, is an important part of your role. Working within their London office, with a talented team of 200+ professionals, you will be part of the wider firm with a global reach in multiple countries, you will become part of a collaborative, driven, and steadily expanding business. Additional experience of event management, off sites and team building outings will be very beneficial in this role. 
 
We are keen to hear from Assistants with experience in Private Equity, Investment Management, or similar. In this role, you'll support at MD level, work in tandem with fellow Assistants, and utilise your exceptional organisational skills to navigate a demanding schedule.
 
To be considered for this opportunity, prior experience as an Assistant within Investment Management, Private Equity or similar is essential.
