This is a fantastic opportunity to take on an involving, client facing team assistant role within a global banking and investment industry. If you are looking to add value and take on additional duties beyond the highly important organisational tasks then this is the perfect role for you.
This is a great opportunity to work in a client facing position, you will be responsible for providing extensive administrative support to 5-6+ bankers at Junior to senior VP level, support may also be required for senior and junior MD’s.
This is a demanding role which requires extensive support from a highly competent, proactive, independent, and process driven individual. Experience of working in an investment sector or professional services such as consultancy, tech or PR is desirable.
This role will require you to be proactive, organised and highly adaptable. You will have 1-4years of experience in managing a hectic schedule, prioritising appointments and travel management. You will be the first point of contact and instrumental in ensuring there is an efficient, effective approach to managing the workload.

Experience required
- A year+ experience working as an assistant with knowledge of diary management, travel booking and logistics management
- Advanced IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Arranging international travel – as a team assistant you must be able to adapt to changes and find solutions to any problems which may occur.
