Overview

This is an exciting new role for an experienced EA to join this London investment start-up with established entities across the USA/Far East/Europe and Australia.

The investment management team are based in the London office so as EA you will predominantly support the CEO and COO who are both based in London but travel extensively between the global offices. The leadership team are seeking an experienced and dynamic EA who has at least 8-10 years senior experience within a small finance/investment sector firm. Your remit will grow from day to day as the office grows but the key responsibilities will be supporting the high-profile leadership team across their extensive commitments and also being the point person within the wider team of 20. As the office is currently small there will be other duties to take ownership of which will include operations/recruitment/onboarding and finance.

The ideal candidate will have some start-up experience and definitely a boutique/small office mentality. This is a fantastic and highly varied role where you can very much come up with ideas as well as learn and build your skills. As it is a dynamic team it will suit someone who is an agile worker who enjoys working in a dynamic and evolving environment. It will also be essential that the EA is happy to wear different hats and adapt as the business grows.

As an integral part of the start-up team you will pivotal in setting up systems (tech/HR/onboarding) and, building key relationships with stakeholders and the wider internal/external teams. As well as supporting the leadership team you will be someone who is happy to oversee a small office and have the gravitas and drive to proactively support the growth of the London office.

Responsibilities
  • Diary, travel and inbox management for the CEO and COO
  • Organising internal and external events/offsites
  • Day to day oversight of the boutique office across HR/tech/finance/stakeholder management and general management
  • Point person between global offices
  • Stakeholder management and implementing processes and systems
  • Operational oversight of the office and its various functions
  • Preparing information for Executive Committee meetings

Salary to £65,000 plus great benefits
