About the Role
This is a busy, multi-faceted position where you’ll collaborate closely with another EA to support multiple Executives while contributing to the coordination of global events.
You’ll face the exciting challenges of managing:
- Constantly shifting, back-to-back diaries.
- Complex and high-volume international travel arrangements.
- Conflicting priorities with grace and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
At the interview stage, you’ll need to demonstrate the following:
- Proactive Problem Solving: A fast learner who is meticulous, industrious, and confident in decision-making.
- Independence and Teamwork: The ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Diary and Travel Expertise: At least 4 years’ experience managing back-to-back diaries, organising international travel itineraries, and coordinating Roadshows.
- CRM and Expense Management: Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or DealCloud preferred) and ease in processing expenses (experience with Concur is a plus).
- Detail-Orientation and Accuracy: A sharp eye for detail in a high-stakes, fast-paced setting where there’s no room for error.
- Event Coordination Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for event planning, with relevant experience to bring to the role.
