Overview
Global FinTech firm is hiring an experienced EA, with approximately 6+ years’ EA experience at C-suite. You will be supporting the CEO in a 1:1 capacity based at their European HQ in Barcelona. This is a role for an EA who thrives working at pace and enjoys an all-encompassing role across business and private support as well as strategic input and occasional project management. As a leading member of the EA leadership team you will be a pivotal part of the team working with the other EAs within a collaborative and highly supportive environment.
This is a fast-paced and fast-growing environment where you are the CEO's eyes and ears. You will be a true right-hand assistant, coordinating and managing him daily where his diary will often change at short notice. You will provide high-level EA support and be responsible for building key relationships with investors, ensuring the leadership team has the support they need for board meetings. In addition there is some private PA support to the CEO and his family including travel and logistics.
Working with a team of like-minded individuals who are highly confident multi-taskers with passion and drive this role will suit an EA who is a self-starter with resilience and an aptitude to pivot fast and ask questions and someone who creates solutions. As a key member of the senior EA team you will be closely aligned to the Board/investors and other key players. You will be managing a highly complex diary for the CEO and coordinating high-profile meetings and inputting processes around facilitating high profile investor meetings and or offsite/events. An exciting opportunity that offers huge scope for an EA who wants to take on more responsibility over and above pure EA support and be actively involved in the management of projects.
