  • Expense Management: Track household expenses across properties using Excel, ensuring accurate allocation and reporting.
  • Charitable and Philanthropic Support: Assist with scheduling and aligning charitable commitments for the wife of the principal.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience as a Private PA in a family home (essential).
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel for expense tracking.
  • Organisational Ability: Superb multitasking and organisational skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing, confident, and able to build strong relationships with the family and staff.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Clean driving license (automatic) to drive the house car occasionally.
    • Willingness to travel (very occasionally for short periods).
    • French language skills are a bonus but not required.
Salary and Benefits

  • Bonus, healthcare, pension, and exceptional benefits.
This is an immersive, long-term opportunity for a dedicated Private PA with a solid track record of supporting a private family across their personal and household needs. If you meet the specified requirements and are excited about this role, we’d love to hear from you.
