A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior EA to join a well established global investment firm focusing on renewable energy investments.
The team invest in innovative projects across wind, solar, and sustainable infrastructure. They are looking for an ambitious, proactive, and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support the Head and some additional team members. In the wider team there are other Assistants supporting the other team members, creating a strong Assistant group to be a part of.
You will play a crucial role in providing high-level organisational support to the MD; managing diaries in Outlook (across time zones), coordinating meetings, arranging international travel and ensuring efficient communication.
An additional responsibility in this role relates to team engagement, events and social activities. You should be someone who is passionate about bringing people together, devising engaging activities and arranging events and off sites.
Very important in this role is your ability to engage with the wider Assistant team; you will collaborate closely, supporting each other with the entire team's work, global events, and team culture development.
The firm has a global presence with offices in all the major financial centre, and is one of the most prominent investment firms in the world.
This is an exciting opportunity for a very proactive Assistant with experience of working in an investment team/environment, who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys taking on a range of responsibilities. It is essential you have experience as an EA within an investment environment, or similar high expectation, client facing global organisation, to be eligible for this role.
