About the Role

As Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in optimising professional and personal commitments. You’ll collaborate with global teams, manage sensitive communications, and ensure seamless coordination across business and personal spheres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential communications.
  • Travel Management: Arrange complex international travel itineraries, securing optimal accommodations and dining reservations.
  • Collaboration: Work with assistant teams across global offices to ensure efficient scheduling and communication.
  • Household Coordination: Liaise with the Executive's family and household staff, managing personal and family activities such as birthdays, holidays, and gift-giving.
  • Communication Management: Serve as a key point of contact, summarising critical information and drafting necessary documents.
  • Expense Reporting: Manage and submit detailed expense and invoice reports.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
