An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly accomplished Senior Executive Assistant to provide seamless 1:1 support to a senior board-level executive at one of the world’s most prestigious investment management firms. - Seamless diary management, high-level correspondence handling, and executive office coordination
- Flawlessly manage extensive diary scheduling, cross-time zone meeting arrangements
- Act as the key liaison with international contacts
- Manage high-level global travel logistics
- Work in close partnership with the wider Assistant team, leading by example, promoting teamwork, and best practice
- Board-level EA Experience: Proven track record as an EA within investment management, financial services, or professional services at a global scale.
- Exceptional Organisational Skills: Ability to pre-empt challenges, problem-solve proactively, and streamline complex operations.
- High-Impact Communicator: Able to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
