They are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Team Executive Assistant to support the Investment Team. You will report directly to the Partners and assist other team members with administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars for Partners
- Schedule meetings across different time zones
- Making travel arrangements and sourcing visas
- Assist with CRM data entry, reporting, and system troubleshooting
- Manage team expense reporting
- Assist with team events and support ad-hoc initiatives
- Provide personal assistance to Partners
- Up to 3 years of experience as a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Finance background preferred
- Experience managing international travel and logistics
- Strong problem solver
- Excellent communicator
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
