- Team Administration: Manage complex meeting scheduling, conference registration, travel coordination (including visas), and expenses.
- Personal Assistance: Provide diary management and PA support to senior investment team members.
- Investment Research Support: Assist with simple company research and information gathering.
- Project Work: Contribute to ad-hoc projects and drive improvements in team efficiency.
- Front of House Support: Occasionally to cover reception duties when needed.
- A self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
- Able to learn and adapt to financial and technical terminology quickly.
- A problem solver who anticipates challenges and stays two steps ahead.
- A flexible team player with a “can-do” attitude and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Experience in financial or professional services is preferred but not essential.
