Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, formatting documents, and assisting with presentations.
- Diary & Meeting Management: Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and organise internal, broker, and client meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organising team and broker events, lunches, and get-togethers, ensuring all arrangements run smoothly.
- Client Administration: Support Executives with client-related administration, including suitability documentation, change requests, letters, contract notes, and expenses.
- Educated to degree level, preferably from a Russell Group university.
- At least one year of administrative experience in a corporate environment (essential).
- Looking for your second job in a professional support role.
- Highly polished with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bright, capable, unflappable, and a quick learner with a proactive approach.
- Strong organisational and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
