Overview
This leading independent boutique private equity firm in the City is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Senior Partner, Head of Investor Relations, and the investing Partner. The exciting role will involve extensive diary and inbox management, complex international travel and roadshow organisation including liaising with portfolio companies, investors, and intermediaries. The emphasis on this role is very much on liaising with external stakeholders and being responsible for extensive logistics management, inbox management, meeting preparation and expense management. This is very much a client facing role as you will actively engage with the investors and portfolio companies and be a pivotal member of the investor relations team and work closely with the partners across the business. An all-encompassing role with lots of scope to get involved across the team and own the role. As they are a small team it is very much an ‘all hands-on deck’ mentality and the team are fun and very inclusive.
A small and highly successful team who work collaboratively, all of the EAs are valued and given a high level of responsibility across their different roles. As the pace is fast and the team are highly dynamic and driven the role will suit someone like minded who can blend in with that of the team. This is a fantastic role for an EA with a real interest in investor relations and roadshows and who is seeking a role that will provide growth and a chance to take ownership over the planning of roadshows in the UK and abroad and managing the key relationships around these.
Key requirements for the role ;
- Degree educated
- A minimum of 5 years working as a Team EA or EA within a small or mid-sized professional service firm
- Proven experience in organising complex international travel and events/roadshow experience (useful)
- Curious, self-motivated and highly intuitive
- Excellent communication skills
- A born organiser and diary Ninja
- Experience in supporting investors and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Small company mentality - a 'muck in' approach and flexibility
- Positive and enthusiastic and high energy.
Salary and Benefits
Salary to £70,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus
25 days’ holiday, private healthcare, life assurance, pension, free gym, annual ski trip and quarterly company events.
The role is 5 days in office (with occasional flexibility of course)
