A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Team Assistant to join London’s market leader in the investment sector.
You’ll be joining a supportive boutique client-facing investment team where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a team that includes MDs, Senior Associates and VPs. The team that values collaboration, where every assistant's contribution makes a real impact.
As an assistant, you’ll be highly organised, proactive, and have excellent communication skills. For this role you will need to have investment sector experience, having gained a minimum of 3 years as a Team Assistant, ideally 2 years in the investment sector.
You will be confident at managing an extensive diary and schedule, organising meetings across multiple time zones and complex international travel.

- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and calls
- Organising international travel arrangements, international and domestic flights, accommodation
