An opportunity for a high-performing, experienced assistant to support the ambitious CEO of an established, growing media entity.
Quick, meticulously organised with serious eye for detail (and making work fun!), you will have at least five years of experience supporting as an Executive Assistant at senior level with ideally some of that experience at Board / Founding Partner level. It is essential that your work experience has been gained in a fast-paced, high expectations, entrepreneurial organisation. Relevant industry background could include Media/Comms, Technology/Fintech or Consultancy as examples.
This role will encompass a mixture of classic, organisational EA responsibilities (business focused) for a busy, hands-on CEO, with office initiatitves and projects for the 100 strong London office: a fun, hard-working, people-centric culture.

Requirements:
- As an experienced EA, you will have handled full calendar and inbox management on behalf of a senior figure (ideally have worked with an Owner/Founder before)
- Be an experienced coordinator of national and international travel itineraries
- Experience in coordinating Board meetings with impeccable stakeholder management skills as you will be dealing with investors and pertner organisations
- Proven experience in running company wide projects or initiatives with the ability to demonstrate that you have developed administrative systems and processes for previous companies
- Prior experience in managing / mentoring at least one other support person would be highly valued
