Are you an experienced administrative professional with a background in alternative investment or financial services?


This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most dynamic and fast-growing global investment firms, recently expanding its London footprint as part of a major international growth strategy.


About the Opportunity:
This is a 6-month parental leave cover supporting a high-performing Institutional Capital team (4 MDs and 1 VP). The role is based in the firm’s London office Monday to Thursday (Fridays remote) and offers a front-row seat to the inner workings of a powerhouse in alternative investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complex calendar and travel management (domestic & international)
  • Meeting coordination, materials preparation, and AV/catering logistics
  • Expense reporting and conference registration
  • Acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
  • Office and document organization, ad hoc project support


What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior administrative role, ideally within investment or financial services
  • Strong tenure and stability in previous roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Concur, and excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized, discreet, and professional with a proactive mindset


Contract Details:
  • Start Date: ASAP - July 2025
  • Duration: ~6 months (via ISE Payroll)
  • Potential: Strong likelihood of permanent opportunities due to ongoing growth - but you must be comfortable starting on a temporary basis
