About the Opportunity:
This is a 6-month parental leave cover supporting a high-performing Institutional Capital team (4 MDs and 1 VP). The role is based in the firm’s London office Monday to Thursday (Fridays remote) and offers a front-row seat to the inner workings of a powerhouse in alternative investments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complex calendar and travel management (domestic & international)
- Meeting coordination, materials preparation, and AV/catering logistics
- Expense reporting and conference registration
- Acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
- Office and document organization, ad hoc project support
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior administrative role, ideally within investment or financial services
- Strong tenure and stability in previous roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Concur, and excellent communication skills
- Highly organized, discreet, and professional with a proactive mindset
Contract Details:
- Start Date: ASAP - July 2025
- Duration: ~6 months (via ISE Payroll)
- Potential: Strong likelihood of permanent opportunities due to ongoing growth - but you must be comfortable starting on a temporary basis
