You’ll support the team with diary management, coordinating meetings across time zones, arranging international travel, and preparing itineraries; gaining valuable exposure to the workings of a top-tier investment business. You will have proven secretarial experience and ideally extracurricular activities that demonstrate your ability to work with people of all levels, operate in an international environment and thrive under pressure.

What We’re Looking For:
- 6–12 months of secretarial or administrative experience
- A recognised secretarial qualification
- Excellent attention to detail and a professional, confident communication style
- Well presented, polished communication style, both in person and via the phone and written
- Ability to handle shifting priorities work under pressure
- A team player who’s eager to learn and contribute
