The firm are seeking candidates that have gained a minimum of 1 year of experience as Administrative Assistant, Team Assistant or Coordinator within professional services, customer service, high-end hospitality or events logistics.
You will be client facing in your communication, highly organised and a people-oriented assistant that is seeking the next big step in their career.
Responsibilities, but are not limited to:
Full-time, 5 days a week in the office
Hourly rate of £16 - £18 inclusive of holiday

- Collaborating closely with a team of assistants — covering, sharing knowledge, and keeping momentum
- Building strong working relationships across the firm, both locally and globally
- Fluent in either Korean, Cantonese, or Mandarin
- 1+ years’ experience in a Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Coordinator role
- Experience working in a fast-paced, professional environment
