Overview

Are you a highly driven, proactive and tech-savvy Team Assistant with an interest in venture capital and investor relations? This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to support a highly dynamic and close-knit team of market leaders at a boutique VC firm based in Central London, where innovation meets impact.

As Team Assistant you will support the partners across their day to day admin support but also be a pivotal part of the Investor Relations team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, helping drive operational excellence and investor engagement and really building your skills and career.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to Partners (diary management, travel, meeting coordination)
Assist in preparing investor reports, financial summaries, and ESG documentation
Conduct market and investor research to support fundraising and portfolio strategy
Create compelling PowerPoint presentations and visual content using Canva
Maintain and update investor CRM systems, logs, and data trackers
Support with event coordination and investor communications
Collaborate across the wider team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery

The ideal candidate will have

1-2 years’ experience in a team assistant role, ideally with some corporate exposure
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and modern productivity tools
Education to degree level
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
A keen eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for learning
Interest in venture capital, startups, and ESG is a plus
A real interest in developing your career in investor relations as the team continue to grow.
