What We’re Looking For
We want to connect with experienced, professional Executive Assistants who can step confidently into polished, fast‑moving environments.

The core skills below are non‑negotiable:

• Busy diary management for multiple senior stakeholders
• Booking complex international travel (multi‑leg itineraries, visas, hotels, ground transport)
• Expense processing in systems such as Concur, or similar tools
• Use of CRMs such as Salesforce, DealCloud, or equivalent
• Experience supporting busy teams and juggling changing priorities
• A background in fast‑paced corporate environments

Highly Advantageous

• Experience within Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Management, or broader Financial Services
• Exposure to deal teams, or investor relations will give you a niche advantage
• Additional languages
• Ability to step into polished, client‑facing environments with confidence

Candidates without prior Executive Assistant experience in a professional corporate setting are unlikely to be suitable for these assignments.

The Assignments
