Responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and schedule management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating high-level international travel and logistics
- Acting as a proactive gatekeeper—always one step ahead
- Supporting senior stakeholders, VPs and MDs with administrative and operational needs
- Ensuring seamless communication and workflow across the executive team
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Assistant within investment banking, private equity, asset management, or professional services
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in working with senior leadership and handling competing demands
- Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive, can-do mindset
