Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Coordination: Act as the Chairman’s conduit across all business units, ensuring projects are aligned with strategic objectives and delivered against defined KPIs.
- Executive Communication: Consolidate complex information into clear, concise reports and updates for the Chairman; manage the flow of information and decisions across the leadership structure.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the Chairman’s Office in interactions with senior executives, government officials, investors, and global partners, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
- Leadership of the Chairman’s Office: Oversee the administrative and executive support team, ensuring smooth operations, effective prioritisation, and a culture of excellence.
- Special Projects: Lead and execute critical initiatives on behalf of the Chairman — from strategic partnerships and performance reviews to innovation and transformation programs.

Experience & Qualifications
- 12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within large, multi-divisional organisations in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or related sectors.
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy Director, or Senior Operations role supporting C-suite executives.
- Deep understanding of project management, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently across global business and political networks.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Comfortable with extensive international travel.
- Robust, resilient, and composed under pressure.
