Unique opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant with Office Management capabilities and a solid track record in the investment sector.
Joining a small but growing investment fund, you will play a core role in keeping a Senior Partner organised as well as the office operations functioning smoothly. With responsibility for compliance, HR and legal activities, the Partner requires a consumate professional who is capable of working with a high attention to the small details.
Experience gained in managing investment sector events or IR roadshows would be extremely beneficial in this varied role. This is a deal-making environment, so the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines is essential, as well as the discipline to work under your own steam at times.
Responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:
Extremely Proactive diary and schedule management for the Partner (including international travel support and expenses)
Office and supplier management, including reviewing invoices, vetting new vendors and ensuring current suppliers are upholding high standards
Liaison with external contractors for any M&E works/IT/Technical support
Staff engagement and well-being (responsible for arranging celebrations for workplace anniversaries and birthdays)
Event and Investor Relations Support
HR Operations support (handling sensitive comp and on-boarding information - discretion essential)
Ideal qualifications / experience:
Degree qualification or equivalent
Exposure to EA and Office Management duties within the investment sector (minimum 8 years experience)
Ability to thrive in a small, growing team
