As a Senior Team Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring their day runs seamlessly and to the highest standard. The team is looking for an assistant who is proactive, driven, and confident, especially in over-communicating, being client facing in their communication and highly organised. You'll be supporting the MDs with classic responsibilities from diary management to travel coordination, however, there is also an opportunity to get involved in initiatives and organising social events for the team.
This role allows you the opportunity to enhance your skills, but also gain exposure to this international firm.
You must have at least 4 years of experience as an assistant within the investment sector/financial services.

Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordination of international travel and logistics
- Preparing agendas, meeting materials, and follow-ups
- Acting as a gatekeeper and trusted point of contact
- Minimum 4 years’ experience supporting senior leaders in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or professional services
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead
- Confidence working in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
