Overview
We are seeking a polished, articulate, and proactive graduate PA to support our Directors, in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build a career in a prestigious professional services setting.
You will provide PA support to the Directors and Senior Consultant, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Being a very involved part of the team, you will act as a key point of contact for senior clients and candidates, maintaining a professional and engaging manner at all times. Organisational skills are incredibly important, to coordinate client meetings, interviews, internal events, training and company socials. You will assist with the planning and delivery of networking events and industry functions.
Strong written skills are essential, as is the ability to understand and evaluate experience and profiles; assisting with the research and gathering of information to present to clients will be a part of your role. This will include drafting polished candidate profiles, researching companies, creating company profiles and written materials for client presentations.
As a naturally inquisitive and communicative person, you will thrive on engaging with people, and enjoy the extensive liaison with clients, candidates, and external stakeholders as part of this role.
To be considered for this role you should be a graduate with strong academic credentials.
A highly articulate, confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
As this is a client facing role, you will be professional and polished in presentation, suited to a client-facing position.
Additionally you will have customer facing work experience, strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
This is a 4 days in office role, with 1 day working from home, office location in the West End W1.
