Overview
We are seeking an exceptional, highly organised, and driven Team Assistant to join one of the world’s most prestigious investment firms.
This is a rare opportunity to operate within the Executive Office, the highest echelon of the organisation, providing direct support to C-suite leaders.
This role goes far beyond traditional administration; it offers genuine scope to add value, take ownership and assume responsibilities outside of pure diary management.
You must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Team Assistant gained within investment or professional services.
You will sit at the heart of the business, liaising with senior Managing Directors and stakeholders across Europe, APAC, and the Americas. It’s a pivotal, high-visibility role for an Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
You will be proactive, adaptable, and relentlessly organised, with proven experience managing complex schedules and ever-changing priorities. As the first point of contact for senior leadership, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Executive Office runs seamlessly and efficiently.
