Overview
We are recruiting an exceptional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a high-performing, intellectually rigorous investment environment. This is a role for someone who is polished, warm, and relationship driven; yet commercially tough, resilient, and unflappable when operating at pace.
You’ll be working at the hear of the business, partnering closely with senior executives and acting as a trusted extension of them internally and externally.

The Profile
- You will bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience gained within consultancy or financial services, with a proven track record of long, sold tenures demonstrating loyalty, commitment, and depth.
- You are intellectually curious, engaged with current affairs, and capable of holding your own in a senior client meeting if needed.
- You will also have a strong understanding of financial services, including how different sectors operate.
- Polished, personable, and emotionally intelligent, with the resilience to operate in demanding environments
- Deeply invested in the firm’s mission, leadership, and culture
- Commercially aware and highly discreet, with excellent judgement
- Confident communicator who can represent senior leadership professionally
- Advanced EA experience supporting senior executives
- Strong interest in AI and emerging technology
- Comfortable with investment research, project management, and improving processes
- Curious, proactive, and solutions focused
- Bonus: interest or experience with project management of e.g. website development and implementation of new digital tools
