Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Team Assistant to support a successful Managing Director and their wider Equity Research team within a leading global investment firm.
This is not a standard assistant role. It is a high-profile opportunity where you will learn from exceptional leaders while becoming the operational backbone of a fast-paced, high-performing research function. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and smooth running of both the MD’s day and the wider team.
Alongside classic responsibilities such as diary management, travel coordination and expenses, you will gain exposure to reports, deadlines and the rhythm of a team delivering fundamental research and market insights. You will also work closely with Corporate Access and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end diary and calendar management for the Managing Director and senior team
- Coordinating complex meetings across multiple international time zones
- Arranging international travel, including flights, visas, hotels and detailed itineraries
- Managing expenses and administrative processes
- Supporting reports, deadlines and research-related administration
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience as an assistant within financial services, alternative investments or professional services (strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting an investment research team is highly advantageous

The Details:
- 6 months to perm
- Full-time, 5 days in the office
- 45 hours per week
- £26 inclusive of holiday, plus overtime pay
