What you’ll do:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and logistics for senior leaders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Handle high‑volume phone coverage
- Support onboarding and team operations
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in a corporate or financial services environment
- Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with Concur and Zoom
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
- Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive mindset
- A positive, team‑oriented approach
About the role
- 12–18 month assignment (initial 6‑month contract)
- Full‑time, 5 days per week (40 hours)
- £26 per hour inclusive of holiday, plus overtime pay
