Overview
We're seeking team assistants to join a firm that truly speaks volumes and shapes the industry's top assistants.
Joining a vibrant, fast-paced and collaborative international environment, you'll sit at the heart of this team. You'll be supporting Associates, Managing Directors, Senior VPs and a wider team with complex diaries, cross-timezone meetings, international travel and acting as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders across Europe, Asia and America.
They firm are looking for someone who is highly organised, client-facing in their communication and adaptable.
You must be a Team Assistant/Executive Assistant (minimum of 3 - 4 years) who has worked in a fast-paced environment. A background in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Consultancy or professional services is highly desirable.

This is a 12 - 18 month, full-time, office-based role (5 days a week) with the potential to extend or become permanent based on performance and business needs.
£23 inclusive of holiday, plus overtime pay

- Arranging international travel and managing expenses
- Liaising with senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Supporting admin tasks, ad-hoc projects and wider team events
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years'+ Assistant experience, ideally within investment or professional services
- Excellent communication, strong organisation and exceptional attention to detail
