An experienced and highly capable Personal Assistant is sought to support a successful international business leader. This is a demanding, fast-paced role requiring exceptional organisation, discretion, and commitment.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted right hand, managing complex schedules, coordinating across multiple offices. and handling a broad range of business and personal matters. The position involves frequent international travel and significant exposure to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to a principal with extensive international commitments
- Manage complex and frequently changing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence, document preparation, filing, and administrative support
- Draft reports, briefing notes, presentations, and meeting summaries
- Conduct research and compile information on a range of topics
- Attend senior-level meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions
- Coordinate events, private dinners, workshops, conferences, and business meetings
- Manage invoicing, payments, insurance policies, and other operational matters
- Support the management of personal projects, assets, and administrative affairs
- Coordinate activities across multiple offices and stakeholders internationally
- Assist with selected personal and family-related matters as required
About You
- At least 6 years' experience supporting a CEO, Founder, Chairman, or equivalent senior executive
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple/Mac systems
- Fast, accurate typing and document preparation skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Able to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Comfortable managing confidential and sensitive information
- Highly dependable, professional and discreet
- Willing and able to travel extensively
