  • Coordinating and preparing meeting rooms, including AV set-up
  • Producing high-quality board packs and documentation
  • Preparing and managing monthly expense reports
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to investment professionals, including complex diary management and global travel coordination
  • Organising investor, portfolio and stakeholder meetings with seamless logistics and communication
  • Coordinating meetings across multiple international time zones
  • Acting as a gatekeeper for senior stakeholders, prioritising and managing competing demands
  • Supporting partners with ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Organising team events, lunches and internal initiatives
  • Overseeing office supplies, including stationery and refreshments
  • Managing office maintenance, repairs and supplier coordination
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
Candidate Profile
  • A degree-educated individual with experience in Reception, Team Assistant or Office Assistant roles
  • Ideally exposure to Private Equity, Investment or Financial Services environments
  • Exceptionally well-presented, articulate and professional at all times
  • Outstanding English language skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritise effectively and remain composed under pressure
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support outside of core hours when required
