We’re looking for a driven, highly organised and client-facing Executive Team Assistant to support a high-performing research team within a global investment firm.
This is a standout opportunity to gain exposure to global research and market insights while working closely with a highly regarded Managing Director. You’ll be the operational backbone of an ambitious, fast-paced team, with a primary focus on MD support and her team.
This role is suited to someone who thrives in a hands-on, administrative fast-paced environment and is looking to build a long-term career as a key support professional.
You will have must have minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience as an assistant within the investment sector, from private equity, asset management, investment banking who has had exposure or worked within an investor relations team or global investment research team.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
6 months to perm | 5 days in office | £26 inclusive of holiday pay | 45 hour a week

- End-to-end diary and calendar management for the Managing Director and senior team
- Coordinating complex meetings across multiple international time zones
- Arranging international travel, including flights, visas, hotels, and detailed itineraries
- Supporting with reports, deadlines, and research-related administration
- Acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
