The Role
You'll provide high-level support to a group of investment professionals, from Analyst through to Managing Director level, including:
- Handling photocopying, printing, scanning, and binding tasks
- Managing local and international courier services and postage
- Reserving meeting rooms using the Condeco tool
- Managing team members' schedules for internal and external meetings
- Coordinating meetings and calls with current and prospective clients
- Inputting data into CRM systems
- Compiling expense reports
- Organising business card information
- Making restaurant reservations for business lunches and dinners
- Providing daily support to both teams, including liaising with IT/office management and arranging taxi reservations
- Assisting in onboarding new team members
- Collaborating with other team assistants to ensure adequate coverage
- Assisting in organising internal and client events
- Undertaking any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- 3 – 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally gained within Private Equity, banking, or a comparable environment
- Advanced skills across the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Highly organised, with strong time-management skills and a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- A calm, resourceful problem-solver who thrives under pressure and can juggle competing priorities
