Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, polished, five-star welcome to clients, guests, and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals
- Manage the front desk with professionalism, efficiency, and confidence
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are impeccably presented at all times
- Prepare and set up refreshment stations, working lunches, and buffet-style catering
- Assist with external catering deliveries and high-end client events
- Maintain and run a pristine kitchenette – restocking, organising, and ensuring high standards throughout the day
- Handle incoming calls, couriers, and general office coordination
- Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative and hospitality tasks
About You
- Background in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or a customer-facing role
- Energetic, proactive, and happy to take ownership of both front and back-of-house duties
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills
- A “no task too small” mindset – equally comfortable greeting VIPs or unloading the dishwasher
