- Supporting senior leaders with diary management and scheduling meetings
- Coordinating internal and external meetings
- Managing calendars and ensuring schedules run smoothly
- Assisting with travel arrangements
- Handling administrative tasks and correspondence
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Learning the foundations of high-level Executive Assistant support
What We're Looking For
- A genuine interest in building a career as an Executive Assistant
- Some exposure to administration, scheduling, coordination, or office support
- Recent graduates with internship experience as an assistant or 1 - 2 years of experience in a corporate environment are encouraged to apply
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive, can-do mindset
