Are you an early-career financial services professional looking to step into a highly respected, fast-paced environment where your work genuinely matters?

We’re partnering with a leading, independent wealth and investment management business to find a Client Services Executive to join their high-performing Professional Adviser Services team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with 1–3 years’ experience (ideally within an IFA or wealth management setting) who is ready to build deep technical knowledge while supporting a sophisticated client base.

The Opportunity

This is not a purely administrative role. You’ll sit at the heart of the business, working closely with front-office teams and acting as a key support to IFAs and intermediaries. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless service delivery, accurate client administration, and proactive communication across a wide range of client activities. The environment is fast-moving, collaborative and detail-driven - perfect for someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as a key point of contact for IFAs and intermediaries, managing queries via phone and email
  • Supporting client onboarding processes including KYC and regulatory documentation
  • Preparing client meeting packs, valuations, and reporting materials
  • Processing client instructions including payments and portfolio-related activity
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant client records and documentation
  • Liaising with internal teams including Operations, Compliance, and Data Assurance
  • Supporting wider office coordination, including occasional reception and meeting room management
About You
  • 1–3 years’ experience within financial services (IFA or wealth management highly desirable)
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships over the phone
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Hands-on, proactive, and willing to support across multiple functions when needed
  • Experience using CRM systems (Xplan advantageous)
Why Apply?
  • Join a highly regarded investment management environment with a strong reputation for service excellence
  • Gain exposure to both portfolio management and financial advisory operations
  • Develop your technical knowledge and build a long-term career in wealth management
  • Be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values accountability and growth
If you’re looking for a role where you can learn, grow, and make an impact from day one, this is an outstanding opportunity to take your next step in financial services.
