London
Temporary

Overview
An opportunity to join a high-growth, venture-backed business at the very beginning.
Initial expectations for need are around 4 hours per week to help with travel and interview scheduling - this will then evolve quickly, so you will need to be flexible.
We're partnering with an exceptionally well-funded technology start-up founded by two highly accomplished operators with backgrounds spanning venture capital, entrepreneurship and global technology businesses. Having recently completed a significant pre-seed funding round backed by leading European investors, the company is entering a critical growth phase and is looking for an exceptional individual to support its founders.
This is not a traditional EA role.
You'll work directly alongside the founding team as they establish and scale their business, becoming a trusted partner during one of the most exciting stages of a company's journey. The environment is fast-moving, ambitious and highly entrepreneurial, offering exposure far beyond diary management or travel coordination.
For someone who thrives in high-performance environments and enjoys solving problems before they arise, this represents an opportunity to have genuine impact from day one.
What you'll be doing
Opportunities to join a venture-backed company this early are rare.
You'll work directly with founders who have built, scaled and invested in some of Europe's most successful businesses, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making and company building from day one. As the business grows, the expectation is that the support function will evolve alongside it, creating significant long-term potential for the right person.
This is an ideal opportunity for somebody who loves the energy of start-ups, wants meaningful responsibility and is excited by the idea of helping build something exceptional from the ground up.
