We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Receptionist to join an investment firm on an ongoing temporary basis.

As the first point of contact for visitors and employees, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional front-of-house experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering a warm, professional, and polished front-of-house experience for clients, visitors, and employees
- Managing the reception area, meeting room bookings, calls, and visitor coordination
- Supporting office operations, including travel arrangements, expenses, and general administration
- Acting as a key point of contact across the business and building strong internal relationships
- Assisting with events, meetings, and ad hoc projects to support the wider team
- Previous Reception or Front-of-House experience within a professional services environment
- Bright, engaging, and highly personable communication style
- Professional presentation and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders and clients
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to support wherever needed
- A positive team player who enjoys building relationships across an organisation
