Overview
We are partnering with one of Europe's most exciting and highly regarded private equity firms to recruit an exceptional temporary Executive Assistant to join a collaborative EA team. Supporting highly respected Partners and Managing Directors, this is a classic Executive Assistant role that requires first-class diary management, outstanding attention to detail and the confidence to operate at pace within a demanding business.
The culture is innovative, collegiate and highly professional. Whilst your executives are engaging and personable, they are also naturally reserved, requiring an EA with excellent judgement, strong emotional intelligence and the ability to anticipate needs without constant direction.
Working within a close-knit team, you will have a humble, team-focused approach. You will work seamlessly with colleagues across the firm, as well as external stakeholders and partners to ensuring the smooth running of their day.
You will be an Executive Assistant who has gained a minimum of 6 - 7 years of experience within the investment sector, from Private Equity, Investment Management or Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities
This role is an ongoing role | 4 days in office | Starting the end of August.
If you're a personable and collaborative EA with experience in the investment sector, please do apply!
