What you'll be doing
- Managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and ensuring schedules run flawlessly
- Organising extensive domestic and international travel arrangements
- Preparing meeting materials and coordinating conference rooms, catering and technology requirements
- Processing and managing expenses with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinating event and conference attendance, registrations and logistics
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Managing correspondence, documentation and record keeping
- Building strong relationships across the business and with external partners
- Supporting a variety of ad hoc projects and business initiatives
- Previous administrative or team support experience, ideally within financial or professional services (2+ years)
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and a professional, polished approach
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- High levels of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality
- Exceptional attention to detail
