We're partnering with one of the world's most respected alternative investment firms to find an exceptional EA to support a group of senior leaders across Operations, Trading, Technology, HR and Research.
This is not a role disguised as Operations or Project Management. It's a true Executive Assistant position for someone who thrives on organisation, relationship management and ensuring senior stakeholders can perform at their very best.

Hybrid Working: 4 days office, 1 day home - West-End offices
Hours: Approximately 08:00-17:30 with some flex
Contract: Hired on a temp to perm basis

The Role
You'll support a group of senior executives, acting as a trusted partner and central point of coordination across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Complex calendar and diary management
- Coordinating domestic and international travel
- Meeting scheduling and logistics
- Conference call coordination
- Expense management and processing
- Supporting senior stakeholders with day-to-day administrative needs
- Reservations, scheduling and ad hoc PA support
- Exposure to elements of the research process
- Involvement in special projects and business initiatives
About You
You'll be someone who:
- Has substantial Executive Assistant experience supporting senior stakeholders
- Genuinely enjoys the traditional EA aspects of the role and takes pride in delivering exceptional support
- Is highly organised and detail-oriented
- Can confidently manage competing priorities
- Builds strong relationships and quickly becomes a trusted business partner
- Remains calm, proactive and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Takes ownership and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly
