We are looking for an approachable, organised and proactive Team Assistant to join our support team. This is a varied role supporting 4-6 junior deal team members while also helping with reception, office support, events, systems and ad hoc tasks. It would suit someone keen to learn and develop within a professional environment, with a flexible and willing to muck in attitude.

Clear and professional communication skills and confidence working with colleagues at all levels.
Previous administrative, Team Assistant or reception experience would be helpful, but attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

Team Assistant

Deal Team & Administrative Support
- Provide day to day administrative support to 4-6 junior deal team members including diary management and travel.
- Process expenses accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate and order the weekly team lunch.
- Assist with printing, binding, document preparation and other administrative tasks.
- Run errands and provide practical support as required.
- Provide reception cover when Office Manager is absent.
Systems, CRM & IT Support
- Keep CRM records up to date and assist with routine data maintenance.
- Support equipment ordering and setup for team members.
- Assist colleagues with straightforward day to day IT issues, escalating to IT support where appropriate.
Events & Team Projects
- Support the wider support team with internal and external events, projects and team initiatives.
- Provide practical event support including preparation, materials, logistics and on the day assistance.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the support team and provide cover where needed.
